This policy establishes the terms and conditions for customers who choose to subscribe to GR SCENTS' monthly service, which includes the regular delivery of our exclusive bottles of essential oil. By accepting this subscription, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Automatic Billing:
   - For each bottle of essential oil received monthly, an automatic charge of $79.99 USD will be applied to the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
   - Charges will be made automatically on the scheduled date for the shipment of the essential oil bottle.

2. Contract Duration:
   - This subscription has a minimum duration of one year from the start date of the subscription.
   - Early cancellations of the contract before the one-year period is completed are not accepted.

3. Cancellation Terms:
   - If a customer decides to cancel their subscription before the full year is completed, they will be required to pay the total cost of the remaining merchandise corresponding to the remaining period of the annual subscription.
   - Payment for the remaining merchandise must be made within 30 days of the subscription cancellation.

4. Automatic Renewal:
   - At the end of the one-year period, the subscription will be automatically renewed for an additional year, unless the customer notifies GR SCENTS of their desire to cancel the subscription with at least 30 days' notice prior to the renewal date.

5. Updating Payment Method:
   - The customer is responsible for keeping their payment information up to date in the GR SCENTS system.
   - In the event of changes to the payment method, the customer must notify GR SCENTS to update the information before the scheduled billing date.
