Essential Oil Diffuser:
You can return your diffuser for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Installation and service fees are also non-refundable.

Essential Oil Blends:
Our oils can be returned for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the seal is broken or the bottle is opened, the sale is considered final.
